Our island pendants were the last big piece we were waiting on to wrap up our kitchen, and they were backordered for months. Since I couldn’t find one I felt like fit the space as well as these Perry Pendants, I decided to wait it out. When they arrived I was holding my breath hoping they would turn out as fantastic as I was confident they were going to be.

Thankfully, they turned out to be the exact match of the online image (you never knowwww)! Whew! Exhale. Its a bubble glass which I really like, and the curves compliment the arch paneling design. I love how the finish was a match to the hardware without overdoing it. It turned out to be worth the wait on these beauties! A few homes ago we had a nice wal-mart style flourescent light in our kitchen, and I am pretty sure it contributed to my phobia of cooking dinner. I will forever appreciate the edison bulb since.

A standard rule of thumb for measuring out island placements is 30 to 36 in. above the island and at least the two 30 in. between pendants. However, I am all about bending the rules in a way that best suits your space. The downrod on ours came with three pieces and we opted for using two that measured to be about 36 in. above the countertop.
