Before we bought this home, I slightly panicked when I saw there was ivory carpet in the main living room because I knew it would show allllll of the grime that comes with raising boys. Lo and behold, it only took a few weeks after moving in that the carpet was covered in spots and stains from very busy little feet. Needless to say, I was praising the high heavens when BISSELL stepped in to save the day. We got to try the new ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, along with their three-step formula system, and now have what appears to be new carpet.
The previous owners had a dog so I was still finding pet hair in the carpet along with a pet smell. I pre-treated the carpet with BISSELL Oxy Stain Destroyer Pet for Carpet and Upholstery by spraying directly on dark spots and stains. Then I mixed the BISSELL 2X Professional Deep Cleaning Formula and BISSELL Oxy Boost Carpet Cleaning Formula Enhancer with a gallon of hot water and went to town on a wild Saturday evening. (I know it is odd, but I totally love vacuuming and carpet cleaning.) It took out every single stain, and was incredibly easy to use. I want to clean all the carpet in my house! We moved in here last summer, and I still feel like it hasn’t been properly “deep cleaned.” We have some hard wood floors, but high-traffic areas unfortunately have carpet!

Thanks for sharing this giveaway! We’re slowly renovating and adding charm back into our 1903 farmhouse. A previous fire and well intentioned “upgrades” by the former owners have left us with carpet EVERYWHERE but the kitchen and bathrooms. Not the easiest to keep clean with our boxer! Boy do I need this. I have been in my house 10 years and the first day we moved in, my daughter got the stomach bug and stained the carpet (still trying to find the holy grail of cleaners to get the stain out). I would love to clean so many things with this awesome machine. My kiddo has made so many messes in her 5 years and our cat can be pretty bad too. I have had 3 of them one was borrowed never returned other went down when somehow screw was sucked up in it but it had seen lot of use but l very upset about it. My boyfriend now inherited 3 dogs when his ex-wife killed herself the dogs where never potty trained very well but they had them for years after rescuing them. My landlord greatest ever allowed us to keep them even tho we’re not supposed to have dogs so no longer having shampooer to keep up messes to show our appreciation was upsetting so a few close friends chipped in bought one for me let neighbor borrow it and came back not working so have been wondering what to do when saw this maybe its the answer been praying about bless you it’s a nice thing you are doing
Well, not to stray too far into the too much information zone, but there is an area of my carpet that my old senior dog whom I adored (Mike) more than once just couldn’t make it all the way to the door … and … you know the rest. Of course I cleaned it like mad. Mike is gone now (the darling boy), but I have two dogs and a foster dog too (total of three) and I swear they can still tell that is the”accident” spot. I need a real power machine to clean it.
I have 5 dogs so cleaning is a must in my house. I just moved into a house with carpet and I didn’t realize the amount of scrubbing you do by hand to get stains out. And to keep up on maintaining it. Without a carpet cleaner it would be a lot harder.

We were just talking yesterday about trying to find a good carpet cleaner! We have an ivory carpet here in the place we bought as well and have to try something serious!
Our carpet is in pretty good shape since it was brand new when we moved in less than a year ago. But our couch hasn’t had a good cleaning aside from a quick vacuum every 6 months or so… ever. We’ve had it for 7 years. And there’s an armchair we want to sell, but it’s got these awful dirty stains on the arms from overuse so I don’t think it will sell until it’s cleaned but it probably won’t fetch enough to pay for a cleaning. So this would be such a blessing! Cleaning our upholstery and giving the carpets a once-over would be really nice, especially with all the dog fur we accumulate.

Our carpet is in pretty good shape since it was brand new when we moved in less than a year ago. But our couch hasn’t had a good cleaning aside from a quick vacuum every 6 months or so… ever. We’ve had it for 7 years. And there’s an armchair we want to sell, but it’s got these awful dirty stains on the arms from overuse so I don’t think it will sell until it’s cleaned but it probably won’t fetch enough to pay for a cleaning. So this would be such a blessing! Cleaning our upholstery and giving the carpets a once-over would be really nice, especially with all the dog fur we accumulate.
