We’ve been wanting to repaint our bed for the last few months but I’m scared to actually do it and mess up a $400+ bed we bought, I’ll have to look into the paint and see if I think I can handle it!

What a perfect little nook! I love all the natural light coming in.

says:Looks great! We refurbished a dining room table, chairs, and old church pew for our dining room 2 years ago. We used the Valspar Bathroom Enamel paint. My thinking was if the paint was designed to withstand the moisture of a bathroom, it would be perfect for a dining room set! The paint went on really well, and it does clean up nicely, but I am disappointed in two things: 1) bleed through. We used a primer (a very thick one), two coats of paint, AND a sealant on top, but there is still bleed through on the church pew. 2) wear. The finials on the dining room chairs are already showing wear and tear.
I hope yours holds up better than ours!! It looks lovely!
