  • DIY Distressed Denim Shorts} IHOD

You guys I promise I am not as busy as it seems. I just have finally gotten better at time management and doing projects in groups to spread out over a month. It’s been really fun contributing to e-how! If you want to catch the tutorial on how to make your own distressed denim shorts out of an old pair of jeans head on over to the eHow Style Blog and let me know what you think:)

I have a really cool mother’s day giveaway coming up tomorrow so make sure and check in!
x, Anna

Sneakers (Tip: if you are up to size 8 get a youth size for half the price like here:)) // Sunnies c/0 // Sweater: Kiki Larue (out of stock)

  1. Love your cute kimono jacket! Did you know that they are super easy to DIY? http://indie-and-co.com/diy/

  2. Anna, that’s pretty genius. The distressed areas look so natural! I usually cut down a couple of old denim for summer shorts, so I’ll have to give this a try 😉 Fingers crossed that I don’t end up ruining it!!

  3. Your kimono is super cool! I like this post.
Come visit my home. Love Gap.

So casual and cool! Love this look you hot momma you.

  7. Great tip on buying youth shoes – I’ve started to do this out of necessity, since a lot of brands don’t go down to size 5 in women’s, and I’m hooked. Same shoes, half price!

  8. I’m so sad that sweater is out of stock, LOVE it!

  9. Natalia says:

How are you so adorable all the time? Checking out your tutorial now!

  10. Jenmarie says:

Your shorts look like they were purchased that way! You did a great job! Oh, and can I just say you look extremely cute? Seriously.

  11. The tweezers are a great tip, I always have trouble making the distressed effect, thanks for sharing!
