Local Notes-Julianna's Crepes

We heard through the grapevine that Julianna’s had the best crepes in Atlanta, so I felt it absolutely necessary to go and taste this rumor for myself. Tucked away in a side street in Inman Park, Atlanta, this quaint cafe is straight out of a movie. In fact, I had my “You’ve Got Mail” moment when I saw the ivy mailboxes, and could almost hear the soundtrack playing in the background. Top it off by a people watching red table in the front and you got me for good.

I loved that you could watch them make their famous crepes right behind the counter. I of course had to try “The Almighty”….nutella and strawberry filled crepes. Its as large as a slice of pizza for only $6, and it tastes better than gourmet. It’s definately a plus when an eatery shows friendly customer service as well. Such a nice crew that worked there. Add Julianna’s to your list of musts for your next Atlanta visit my friends!

I sat outside and decided I could easily sit there all morning, forget about the time, and get lost in the pre-fall air over a good book….maybe even a good novel.

Chelsey has been such a great comrade to explore Atlanta with and she captures the essence and feel of a place with perfection. We hope to continue this series and keep touring you around this great city!

  27. […] series of pictures at Julianna’s Crepes in Atlanta from In Honor of Design make me want to hang out outside a cafe all day every day [not that I wouldn't normally want to do […]

  28. Katie

    says:

Just wanted to say this place is so cute in person as well as in pictures. However, the crepes are lacking in the taste department and it took forever to get our 3 crepes- there was only one family in front of us. My french crepe loving husband was not impressed with the texture at all. They should invest in real plates as it’s impossible to eat the crepe without cutting the wax paper and getting it all over the crepe. The place has charm but not worth the price. We made a special trip to check it out on our way to Grant Park from Northern Georgia.
