I’ve noticed that you like to buy art for your home from creatives/artists/bloggers that you know, or from Etsy shops or other handmade marketplaces. It’s so inspiring and I think it’s so awesome to support these kinds of artists and businesses! Plus it fills your home with really unique and interesting things. Going to check out Anewall now 🙂
gorgeous room!

looking pretty!! love it! Is that rug from Ikea? for 9.99? I just eyed one similar in the Ikea catalog we just got in the mail.. tempted to go pick it up!!
I just LOVE the pops of color + black and white in this room! Such a fun combo for a kids room!

says:I am in LOVE with their entire site. Such amazing prints!
Ohh, what a tease! I can’t wait to see the rest of the room. I love the colors. Those picture ledges are perfect. I’ve been planning out a blank wall in our living room and saw those in black and white at IKEA. I love that you can hang them up and switch things out over and over without having to worry about putting more nails in the wall!

says:Soooo cool! I’m glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t have their child’s room painted and finished before they are born ; ) I think it will take me a few years to finish their rooms!

says:So fun! I just moved my 20-month-old into his big boy room yesterday! I am still putting the finishing touches on it and am totally into kids’ decor right now, haha. Your post was very timely!
LOVE this!
What an adorable room! I love the pops of color, and the idea of using shower curtains for window treatments!
Awesome. The kids’ room looks better than my whole apartment.

gorgeous. love that it’s playful without being overtly “childish”
