it is so hard to unplug but so nice when you are forced into it and have no choice! I also watched way too much basketball….it is so fun and the only sporting event I care about :).

Sometimes I wish the internet would die (rather than my computer) then I’d have a lot less distractions! But my computer is on it’s last legs at the moment so I am having to give it rest breaks which is forcing me to step away too; and I agree, it’s actually good to have to do that every once in a while, both physically and mentally.
