Curbing the Inner Fashion Addict

I have this part of me that loves fashion, putting together outfits, and shopping according to my favorite color palate;) I know this will never go away….however, it has to be kept in check, monitored, and curbed:D After being married and starting my own business, I have become a lot more aware of the value of the dollar. Its hard earned in my house. So I am now a much smarter shopper….Luckily, I have this blog to get a lot of those fashion whims out without spending a $. Gotta love it :p

That being said, lets drool a little bit over these handbags and shoes….he he.

J.Crew is always right on with the color palate’s!

Before splurge shopping, I always remind myself that material goods are passing. …and I won’t be taking them with me to heaven, right? Granted, this does not always prevent me from splurging;)

All of those J.Crew handbags are to DIE for. I almost did a post on great fall everyday bags the other day, and if I had, many of these J.Crew ones would have been featured. I have to agree with you, Anna — having a blog is definitely a great way to “shop” and share what I love without spending a penny (and being a grad student, I don’t have many of those). Those JCrew bags look like heaven! But JCrew always hits the target with their products.

Aw, i visited NY City last summer and visited J.Crew – and i oved that shop! Could have bought tons of outfits, but had to restrict myself to a bit that would fit into my luggage. Would LOVE to go there and shop things for autumn – fashion is such a nice hobby 😉

Oh, I feel the very same way! I try to keep my spending habits in check as much as possible — while still supporting my local favorite boutiques. Oh, this is just too much… is it greedy to want EVERY single piece here? I do. *wink*

You know, it’s funny – I don’t enjoy shopping for accessories nearly as I enjoy shopping for clothes. Most girls say they love shoes and handbags, I find it difficult to shop for these items – I much prefer shopping for dresses. However, my wallet likes it when I don’t shop at all.
